Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden said the American people “don’t deserve to know” whether he would pack the US Supreme Court if he is elected on November 3, 2020.
Facing a sparsely attended reporter pool at a news conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Friday, a KTNV reporter asked Biden whether he would seek to pack the High Court should he and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) emerge victorious in the General Election.
“Well you’ve been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they’re doing to the court right now,” Biden shot back.
When reporter Ross DiMattei asked Biden if voters deserve to know and understand his position prior to casting their ballots, Biden took a defiant stance.
“No, they don’t…I’m not gonna play his game. He’d love me to talk about, and I’ve already said something on court packing, he’d love that to be the discussion instead of what he’s doing now,” Biden said, referring to President Trump.
“Well sir, don’t the voters deserve to know—“
“No, they don’t deserve” to know.
So not only is the Left not answering whether they will pack the courts, their standard-bearer thinks you *don’t deserve* to know whether they will. pic.twitter.com/cEj0dV5p6I

“He’s about to make a pick in the middle of an election,” Biden added. “First time it’s ever been done, first time in history it’s ever been done.”
Americans are waking up to the Global Reset Covid Hoax
Biden’s statement about this being the first time a sitting president, up for re-election, has advanced a US Supreme Court nominee is incorrect. Presidents have advance nominee to the High Court 29 times in election years dating back 1796.
Although Biden had inferred that he was against the idea of court packing last year in Iowa, as of Thursday he was non-committal, saying “you’ll know my position on court-packing the day after the election.”
Should Biden become the next president – and should his administration succeed in packing the Supreme Court with political activists, Marxist-Progressive agendas like the Green New Deal, universal healthcare, and aggressive identity-based hate crime legislation would have a very good chance to become the law of the land.
