A UK glam punk rocker passed away from a brain hemorrhage just two weeks after taking Astrazeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine, which has been blamed for various similar complications.

The former vocalist known only as “Zion,” 48, of Alston, Cumbria, reportedly suffered a massive headache on May 15, and was unable to get out of bed days before he was admitted to a hospital.

According to Zion’s fiance, Vikki Spit, when she attempted to tell an emergency responder about the vaccine received just two weeks earlier, they assured her it had been “too long” since he took the jab for it to be related.

“The first responder took all the information and she thought it was relevant he had had the vaccine,” Vikki described, “but the paramedic said it was too long ago and they came to the conclusion he had a migraine.”

“She was adamant – it’s nothing to do with that, it was too long ago – and she diagnosed a migraine,” Vikki told the BBC.

An ambulance again had to come two days later after the typically healthy singer was reportedly slurring his words and suffered a seizure.

The musician suffered another seizure in front of paramedics before being taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary.

Meanwhile, Vikki, who was unable to accompany Zion to the hospital, wondered if he could even understand her last words.

“I couldn’t go with him so I gave him a kiss and a hug and told him I’d see him soon. I hope he understood that,” she said.

“I thought he had had a stroke and he was going to be OK – he was extremely fit and healthy. I was doing things like getting my provisional driving license so I could get us to and from town while I was looking after him.”

Later, a doctor phoned Vikki with bad news, attributing Zion’s complications to the vaccine.

“The neurosurgeon rang me and said they’d had to remove a massive piece of skull because the pressure on his brain was enormous,” Vikki stated.

“They said they’d never seen anything like it – they didn’t expect him to wake up, and if he did he’d be in a vegetative state. And they said they thought it was caused by the AstraZeneca vaccine.”

Vikki recalled she and her fiancé being hesitant about taking the vaccine after hearing reports of blood clots in younger vaccinated people, but decided to take it anyway.

“We knew that younger people weren’t getting the AztraZeneca vaccine but he wasn’t in that age group so we didn’t think anything of it. It was all good, he’d done his bit, he was keeping people safe.”

The Daily Mail reports Vikki, who had toured in the band Spit Like This with Zion circa 2010, is now having trouble receiving compensation from the British healthcare system, which requires her to prove Zion was “60%” disabled before his death.

Despite Zion’s death, Vikki says she’s still “pro-vaccine,” but is calling on the UK health system to inform people about possible negative adverse side effects.

“I don’t want to scare people off from being vaccinated because I know this is an extremely rare side effect,” Vikki told the BBC.

“I also know, if it’s caught early, the chances of survival are extremely high.

“But, for whatever reason, the paramedic didn’t pick up on it.

“So what I want is for all people to be aware, if you have a headache or you have some sort of symptom after having a vaccine, don’t be fobbed off.”
