Appearing on CNN Monday, California Governor Gavin Newsom claimed people who choose not to receive a COVID vaccine are “like drunk drivers.”
Asked if he’d consider bringing back universal masks mandates in California, Newsom said, “We don’t even have to have that debate if we can just get everybody vaccinated that’s not vaccinated, that’s refusing to get vaccinated, that’s living vaccine-free and impacting the rest of us.”
“It’s like drunk drivers,” he continued. “You don’t have the right to go out and drink and drive and put everybody else at risk, including your own life at risk.”
Next, Newsom admitted California is currently seeing an increase in COVID cases despite being one of the most vaccinated populations in the nation.
Of course, the governor blamed the 25% of Californians who haven’t been vaccinated yet for the current rise in cases.
The media and politicians are using the Delta variant to scare more people into taking the experimental COVID shots, but polls show most individuals who haven’t been jabbed yet will never do so.
At this point, the coronavirus vaccine should be seen for the tool it is.
