Police are seeking suspects who ran over a pedestrian at high speed and then robbed him as he lay seriously injured on a New York City sidewalk this weekend, according to reports.
The disturbing incident unfolded at around 6:40 a.m. on Saturday morning in the Bronx.
NYPD released footage of the brutal crime in hopes of obtaining helpful information.

A man can be seen strolling in a crosswalk when a vehicle suddenly appears to hurtle directly at him, while traveling against traffic, and strike him as he runs for safety.
The man’s body flies through the air and he lands on the sidewalk, apparently unconscious as the suspects’ car comes to a stop nearby.
One suspect can be seen running up and ripping an object from the man’s hands.
Moments later, a suspect can be seen returning to victim’s body, rolling it over, and rifling through his pockets as another suspect watches.
NYPD described two of the suspects as both having “dark complexion, thin build, Afro hair,” and a third suspect, the driver, was also described as having a “dark complexion.”
The victim was transported to hospital in critical condition, according to the New York Post.
