Kamala Gaslights: “It Is No One’s Fault That This Virus Hit Our Shores, Or Hit The World”

Harris' comments prompted many on social media to accuse her of running cover for China's role in the development of Covid-19.

Kamala Harris played dumb when it came to discussing the origins of the virus during an appearance on CBS Evening News Monday.

Speaking to reporter Margaret Brennan, Harris was asked if she believed the unvaccinated were to blame for the latest omicron outbreak.

“I don’t think this is a moment to talk about fault. It is no one’s fault that this virus hit our shores, or hit the world,” Harris said.

Her tone is markedly different from the White House’s messaging of late, which included a statement from Biden last week telling unvaccinated people they’re facing a “winter of severe illness and death.” Brennan did not press Harris on her contrast in messaging.

Harris’ elusive answer prompted many on social media to accuse her of running cover for China’s role in the development of Covid-19 Monday.

Speaking to the Los Angeles Times last week, Harris blamed government incompetency for failure to predict virus mutations.

“We didn’t see Delta coming. I think most scientists did not — upon whose advice and direction we have relied — didn’t see Delta coming,” she said. “We didn’t see Omicron coming. And that’s the nature of what this, this awful virus has been, which as it turns out, has mutations and variants.”

Harris’ gaslighting attempts come as Covid deaths continue to skyrocket under the Biden regime. The same administration previously claimed President Trump should be held responsible for far less Covid deaths.
