French President Emmanuel Macron declared during the G7 summit that America under Joe Biden is back as a world leader.

Biden was asked by a reporter on Saturday if America was “back”, but Biden gestured Macron to answer the question, who celebrated Biden being “part of the club.”

“Yes, definitely,” Macron said. “It’s great to have a U.S. president who’s part of the club and very willing to cooperate.”

“What you demonstrate is that leadership is partnership,” Macron told Biden, who just nodded along.

Biden then echoed Macron, saying “we’re back” on the same page as the rest of the neoliberal world order.

“The United States, I’ve said before, we’re back,” Biden said. “Things are going, I think, well, and we’re, as we say back in the States, we’re on the same page.”

Biden then praised the European Union, calling it a “strong and vibrant entity” that’s the “backbone” of the NATO alliance, despite the U.S. funding most of it.

“I for one think that the European Union is an incredibly strong and vibrant entity, that has a lot to do with the ability of Western Europe not only to handle its economic issues but provide the backbone and support for NATO,” Biden said.

In fact, as President Trump has pointed out, the U.S. actually accounts for 70% of NATO funding, with the second-highest spender being the United Kingdom at 5.9% of NATO’s defense budget.

When Macron says “America is back”, he’s simply acknowledging that America is once again toeing the globalist line through Joe Biden.
