During a speech announcing his latest Executive Order, Sleepy Joe Biden read lines on his teleprompter that were meant to instruct him.

Issuing an abortion-related EO, Biden said, “It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who registered to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of men who do so. End of quote. Repeat the line.”

Leaning forward to get a better look at the teleprompter, Biden continued, “Women are not without political and or… let me be precise, not and or… or political power. That’s another way of saying, ‘You, the women of America, can determine the outcome of this issue.’”

The gaffe is reminiscent of the scene from the legendary comedy “Anchorman” where Will Ferrell’s character Ron Burgundy reads what’s being typed into the teleprompter word for word, infuriating the network boss.

Bumbling Biden wasn’t done screwing up yet!

Later in his speech, he said a woman was forced to go out of state to “terminate the presidency” instead of pregnancy.

Perhaps it was a Freudian slip.
