The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will soon have to answer for her support of President Donald Trump, according to the daughter of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Pelosi’s daughter, Christine Pelosi, brought Thomas’ pro-Trump wife, Ginni Thomas, into the situation after the Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a dispute over whether absentee ballots received up to three days after Election Day in Pennsylvania was constitutional.
Justice Thomas, along with Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch, dissented against the Court’s decision.
“I’m concerned that #SCOTUS Justice Thomas dissented,” Pelosi’s daughter tweeted to Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) Monday. “[W]e will have to learn more about the role his wife Gini Thomas played in raising money for Trump’s deadly #Jan6 ‘Insurrection Day.’” [sic]
Emboldened by Pelosi, other leftists were also prompted to attack Thomas’ wife following his dissent, despite no evidence she was involved in the Jan. 6 protest at the US Capitol.
“When will Clarence Thomas’ wife, Ginni Thomas, be charged for sending 80 busloads of seditious terrorists to attack the Capitol,” one leftist asked.
Perhaps now I can get an update on my question. When will Clarence Thomas’ wife, Ginni Thomas, be charged for sending 80 busloads of seditious terrorists to attack the Capitol. Curious about that Julie Fancelli psychopath too.

“Justice Thomas by the very fact that Ginni Thomas participated in 1/6 attack needs to recuse himself,” another leftist wrote.
“For the sake of the integrity of the highest court in the United States of America, Justice Thomas must resign. Ginni Thomas must be investigated for her role in the January 6 insurrection. He and his wife are clearly radicalized,” another critic claimed.
While no evidence exists Thomas’ wife participated in the Capitol riot, Democrats on Twitter have perpetuated false rumors of her involvement.
Yesterday, I suggested that Merrick Garland's first target be Elaine Chao. I've changed my mind. His first target should be Ginni Thomas…and maybe her husband, too.

In his dissenting opinion, Thomas criticized the court’s failure to uphold election integrity.
“One wonders what this Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections,” Thomas wrote.
“The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent.”
