Actor Dean Cain confronted comedian and anti-Trump activist Tom Arnold over accusations recently tweeted by Arnold calling Cain “anti-LGBTQ & racist.”

Videos of the showdown were obtained by The Hollywood Reporter and depict the former Superman character in a heated discussion with Arnold backstage at Larry King Now.

“Show me the exact quote,” Arnold demands repeatedly, reportedly referring to his own tweet from September in which he said of Cain, “@RealDeanCain is another @realDonaldTrump loving fake Christian coward which makes Dean Cain anti-LGBTQ & racist. #complicit.”

“I am not a racist person; I never have been,” Cain responds. “I’ve always supported gay rights.”

“You’re giving me guilt by association, and that’s wrong.”

Arnold’s original outburst was reportedly leveled when he took offense to Cain’s appearance at the Values Voter Summit, organized by the Family Research Council, who Arnold referred to as “Nazis” in the video.

“If I was with Nazis, if I go to their convention — they’re like that, Dean, I’m telling you,” Arnold claimed. “They’re that bad. They’re hurting people.”

“I don’t want those f*****s using you.”

“Nobody is using me,” Cain responded. “I speak my mind.”

The two men eventually exchanged a handshake and a hug, but the feud continued later on Twitter when Cain addressed the videos, saying, “He called me racist and said I was anti-LGBT. Totally untrue. After I confronted him, he backed down. That’s how it always seems to work.”

Arnold responded to Cain, writing, “Except for everything…everything I said about you is true and everything you said happened isn’t AND there’s a tape… #TrumpTapes.”

Cain is one of few openly Christian conservatives in Hollywood who also supports President Trump.

Alternatively, Arnold has developed an acute case of “Trump Derangement Syndrome” that has landed him in hot water more than once as he chases dirt on the President for his Viceland series The Hunt for the Trump Tapes.
