An activist charged with harboring illegal aliens has been ordered not to mention President Trump during his retrial, according to reports.

Scott Warren, a volunteer with No More Deaths, faces 20 years in prison if convicted of felony charges stemming from his alleged actions aiding illegal migrants at the Arizona – Mexico border.

“U.S. District Court Judge Raner Collins granted a motion by prosecutors to bar the mention of the president during the second trial of Scott Warren, just before opening statements began,” the Associated Press reports. “His first trial ended with a deadlocked jury last June.”

Judge Collins stressed the importance that the trial should not be tainted by partisan politics.

“There should be no politics in this case. I’m not going to allow it,” Judge Collins said.

Warren’s attorney, Greg Kuykendall, claims President Trump is to blame for his client’s prosecution, and says the president should be named, “as frequently and repeatedly as anyone wants.”

Prosecutors argued in a motion filed last month that mentioning the Trump administration “would be irrelevant and could unfairly influence the jury.”

Warren’s lawyers have previously argued his apprehension was a retaliatory move in response to a report published by No More Deaths denouncing Border Patrol for destroying water provisions left out for migrants by the group’s volunteers.

A group of 2,000 migrants bound for the U.S. border was blocked and apprehended by Mexican authorities in the latest move indicating Mexico is delivering on promises to help defend North America from mass migration.

A large group of migrants from Africa, the Caribbean and Central America had begun a journey from Tapachula, which lies on the border of Mexico and Guatemala.

However, after only about 24 miles, they were prevented from continuing north.

“Around 500 members of Mexico’s National Guard military police in helmets and tactical vests blocked the highway on both sides, according to a Reuters witness, and some pursued migrants who fled into neighboring fields,” Reuters reports.

“Officials from Mexico’s national immigration institute detained most of the group, putting them on buses back to Tapachula. About 150 migrants decided to return on foot.”

Activists called the operation a “human hunt” and claimed it was an “exercise in cruelty” to wait until the migrants had become too tired to resist being loaded into transports and returned to their starting point.

In June, Mexico deployed thousands of troops to crack down on the flow of migrants in response to major economic penalties threatened by the Trump administration.

Since then, migrant apprehensions at the U.S. southern border have been falling rapidly.

In September, Acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan commended Mexico for their cooperative efforts, but called on them to “do more.”

Morgan explained Mexico had created a “new national guard within their country,” deploying 10,000 troops to their southern border with Guatemala and 15,000 troops to their northern border with the U.S.

“Even though Mexico has… joined the United States, as well as our Northern Triangle partners, and really stepped up as true partners and really are really seeing this as a regional crisis, and they have stepped up in unprecedented ways — we need them to do more.  We need Mexico to do more,” Morgan stressed.

“Mexico needs to continue to work with our intelligence folks to use information, share intelligence, and develop target enforcement actions at strategic locations in their country,” he continued. “So they are stepping up in unprecedented ways, but we need them to continue to sustain that, and we need them continue to do more.”

A Ukrainian man who reportedly arrived in the U.S. as a refugee has been charged with killing seven bikers in New Hampshire, and now Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed a detainer with local sheriffs.

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, was recently given permanent resident status in the U.S. despite an extensive criminal record, including multiple arrests for drunk driving, a DUI conviction, and a drug conviction.

Zhukovskyy is suspected of “driving erratically and crossed the center line” on a two lane highway before plowing head-on into a column of motorcyclists near Mount Washington, New Hampshire, on Friday night, killing seven, including five Marine veterans and a married couple.

State police say they confiscated “wax packets containing a residue suspected of being heroin” from Zhukovskyy, and additional charges could be brought against him if they test positive.

A judge ordered him held after he pleaded not guilty to seven counts of negligent homicide.

Zhukovskyy holds a lengthy record of convictions, arrests, and driving-related incidents, including at least two which occurred in the past two months.

On May 11, Zhukovskyy “failed a sobriety test after someone called the cops to tell them that someone was revving a truck engine and druggedly jumping around outside of a Walmart, according to the police report from the incident,” the Boston Herald reports. “The officers who showed up arrested Zhukovskyy and were so alarmed by his ‘suicidal comments and extreme behavior’ that they turned him over to medics and sent him to the hospital.”

On June 3, a tractor-trailer Zhukovskyy was driving near Houston, Texas, flipped over during a violent crash which he blamed on another driver who had allegedly cut him off and caused him to swerve, according to police.

“In that same Texas town, cops arrested him four months earlier on Feb. 11, when at 2 a.m. at the local Denny’s, Zhukovskyy was sitting at the counter ‘talking to himself and acting strange,'” the Herald reports. “Police searched him and found a crack pipe, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia.”

Despite this troubling record, Zhukovskyy maintained a valid Massachusetts license as well as a commercial trucking license.

Emerging details surrounding the New Hampshire crash has prompted Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles chief Erin Deveney to resign.

“The state Registry of Motor Vehicles chief has resigned over the case of the trucker charged with killing seven bikers in New Hampshire, after the agency admitted it failed to suspend the 23-year-old driver’s truck license following a drunken driving arrest in Connecticut last month,” according to the Boston Herald.

The fallen riders all belonged to the Marine JarHeads motorcycle club, which has established a GoFundMe for victim and family support.

A Mexican national who was previously deported after serving a lengthy prison sentence for attempted murder in the U.S. was arrested while attempting to illegally cross back into the country, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Pedro Tiempo-Garcia, 45, was apprehended by border agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station in south Texas after he illegally crossed the Rio Grande River last week.

“During processing, records checks revealed that Tiempo-Garcia was arrested in Rocksprings for murder in 2001, was subsequently convicted of attempted capital murder, and sentenced to 22 years incarceration,” CBP said in a statement.

“He was deported in February 2019 after serving 18 years of his sentence.”

Tiempo-Garcia has been charged with Reentry After Deportation and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted.

“Our agents are committed to stop all threats that attempt to enter the United States,” said Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Raul L. Ortiz. “The arrest of this criminal alien is especially significant due to the severity of his crimes within the Del Rio Sector communities.”

CBP also revealed that a previously convicted and deported child molester was arrested last week after entering the U.S. embedded in a “group of family units.”

“Record checks revealed that 41-year-old Juan Rojas-Rodriguez, a previously deported Mexican national, was convicted of sex with a minor under 14 years of age in California in 1996,” CBP said in a report.

“Rojas-Rodriguez was last deported in 2008 after immigration officials encountered him at the Lompoc Federal Correction Institution in California.”

Australian police are searching for an Afghani man suspected of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a public bathroom while his own young daughters may have also been nearby.

The victim’s mother says her daughter’s “mouth and eyes were covered with tape and her hands were tied behind her head” during the attack, which took place in broad daylight at Blair Athol Sport Community Club during a sports match, the Daily Mail reports.

The girl says she told her assailant that her mother was outside, but he responded that he “didn’t care.” She says she was eventually able to escape and flee on her bicycle.

“She’s very scared, she said a man took her in the toilet,” the mother says. “I’m very stressed, very scared and I am very sad. I want him found.”

A police report describes the suspect, “as an Afghan male, approximately 30 to 50-years-old, with dark hair with a fringe that partially covered his forehead. He was believed to be wearing a grey top, peach shorts and in company with two girls aged between 3 and 5.”

The young girls in the man’s company were reportedly heard referring to him as “dad.”

Police have released a computer-generated image of the suspect, and are seeking the assistance of the Afghan community in finding him, also issuing an audio appeal for tips recorded in Hazaragi/Dari.

A previously-deported illegal alien was arrested in Louisiana and charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of production of child pornography, and one count of sexual battery of a juvenile under the age of 13.

Miguel Martinez, 44, had been deported in 2005 and is a registered sex offender in the sanctuary state of California, according a press release issued by the Louisiana Department of Justice.

“Internet crimes against children continuously inflict damage,” said Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. “Every time one of these videos or images is viewed, the child is re-victimized.”

Homeland Security has reportedly placed a detainer on Martinez and it is expected he will face additional charges pending further investigation.

AG Landry used occasion to issue a distress signal to Washington and voice his support for the building of a wall on the Southern border.

“This arrest should serve as a wake-up call to Congress,” Landry said. “By not securing our borders and properly vetting those coming into our Nation, we have seen lives lost and destroyed.”

“Illegal immigration has real-life consequences – countless numbers of needless crime victims, including too many Louisiana families and children. For their sake – I again urge Congress to realize the national emergency we have at our Southern border, support President Trump, build the wall, and help us make our communities safer.”

A “skyrocketing” surge of migrants is arriving at the U.S. border, with many being released into the country due to dysfunctional laws and judicial activism, warns former Border Patrol Chief Mark Morgan.

Morgan, who served as head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under President Obama, dismantled “false narratives” being parroted by mainstream media and Democrat officials to downplay the emergency on the southern frontier.

“Right now, we are facing skyrocketing numbers at the border,” Morgan told Tucker Carlson. “The Border Patrol right now is estimating that if the numbers continue at this pace, we could reach 900,000 or a million apprehensions this year.”

“The difference between the 90s and 2000s are the demographics. In the 2000s, we had a million, but 90 percent of them were removed. This year, we could reach a million — the difference is, because they are family units and children, we will release 65 percent of that million. 650,000 will be released into the interior of the United States. That’s the difference. It’s a crisis.”

When asked how many of the 650,000 would likely be deported, Morgan asserted that asylum laws and activist judges have created pathways and loopholes that could shelter virtually all of them “indefinitely.”

“Right now, after you’ve had due process and you’ve had your hearing, now the court just ruled you can appeal that hearing,” Morgan said. “That’s basically a lower court creating amnesty.”

Morgan also touched on an issue raised by DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen during Congressional testimony last week – the “recycling” of child migrants exploited to escort adult illegal aliens into the country.

“The kids are being used as pawns,” Morgan said. “We actually have information that kids are being trafficked across and then sent back to Mexico, and they come back across with another adult so they can all enter into the United States.”

A woman who staged an illegal protest on the Statue of Liberty on July 4th has been convicted on all counts, the New York Post reports.

Therese Okoumou, an immigrant from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, scaled the foot of the monument amid “Abolish ICE” demonstrations staged in opposition to the Trump administration and federal immigration policies.

Okoumou, who was receiving legal advice from fellow #Resist activist Michael Aventti, has been convicted of trespassing, interference with a government agency and disorderly conduct and now faces up to 18 months in prison.

“The woman told investigators that she was protesting Trump’s zero-tolerance policy on immigration and separating families at the border,” the Post reported, citing police sources.

Her actions prompted an emergency closure and evacuation of Liberty Island on one of its busiest days of the year, and her apprehension took nearly three hours, putting some officers at great risk.

Following an initial court appearance, Okoumou held a press conference wearing a t-shirt reading, “White Supremacy Is Terrorism.”

“Michelle Obama, our beloved First Lady that I care so much about, said, ‘When they go low, we go high,’ and I went as high as I could,” Okoumou said, before taking a thinly-veiled shot at President Trump, saying, “Only a stupid, unintelligent coward and insecure maniac would rip a tender-aged child from its mother.”

Okoumou also led a chant outside a federal courthouse in Manhattan at the opening of a subsequent press conference, yelling, “America, you motherf**kers. You drug addicts. You KKK. You fascist USA.”

As was quickly revealed amid outrage at policies supposedly introduced by the Trump administration, they had also been in place for many years.

“President Barack Obama separated parents from their children at the border,” reported McClatchy at the time. “Obama prosecuted mothers for coming to the United States illegally. He fast tracked deportations. And yes, he housed unaccompanied children in tent cities.”
