The vast majority of migrant families are skipping their deportation hearings, as the crisis at the southern border reaches epic proportions and a quarter of family claims are proving to be fraudulent.

A stunning 87 percent of purported family units are ignoring court orders to attend hearings to determine the legitimacy of their asylum claims, according to the Washington Times.

“Nathalie R. Asher, the acting chief of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s deportation branch, said those numbers come from a new pilot program in 10 cities where her agency has tried to speed hearings for new migrant families that have shown up at the border this fiscal year,” the Times reports.

“ICE and the Justice Department tested out a last-in, first-out model in the pilot program, hoping to see if faster deportations could stem the flow of migrant families.”

Those who miss their hearings are ordered “deported in absentia,” however, resources to locate them and enforce the law are virtually non-existent.

“Family units are not appearing in great numbers,” Asher told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Meanwhile, the tide of migrants arriving at the southern border is only growing.

“In the last week, Border Patrol had the highest single-day total of apprehensions in FY19—over 5,200—and the single largest group of 421 illegal aliens,” Customs and Border Patrol announced on Thursday.


Additionally, border authorities have released new data indicating that agents are detaining some 2,400 families daily – while discovering more than 25 percent of family claims are fraudulent, as Infowars reported earlier this week.

Border authorities have released stunning new data indicating that agents are detaining some 2,400 families every day, while discovering more than 25 percent of family claims are fraudulent.

U.S. Border Patrol chief Carla Provost also revealed that tens of thousands of migrants are being released into the interior of the country due to overloading of federal agencies and current asylum policies.

“In April, Border Patrol apprehended an average of over 2,400 families and children EACH DAY and ICE & HHS lack the capacity to keep up,” Provost tweeted. “Because of these capacity issues, USBP has had to directly release more than 33,000 people since March 19.”

“I informed Congress today that our apprehension numbers are off the charts. As of April 30, we’ve apprehended over 460k people on the [Southwest Border]. Only 7 months into the fiscal year & we have surpassed the TOTAL southern border apprehensions of every year since 2009!”


“I testified that for the first time in Border Patrol history, nearly ½ of the adults we caught in April brought children,” Provost continued. “Migrants know single adults will be detained, but that if they bring a child, they will be released. Congress must address these vulnerabilities.”

Meanwhile, Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Matthew T. Albence has sounded the alarm about adult migrants and human traffickers exploiting children in order to game current family asylum laws.

Albence told Breitbart News that Homeland Security Investigations teams have been deployed to audit family claims in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.

“The results have been staggering thus far,” Albence said. “In just a couple of weeks, we’ve interviewed 256 family units and identified 65 fraudulent families. Almost three out of every ten families we’ve interviewed have become fraudulent.”

“Within the first week of the operation, we found a little seven-year-old girl from Guatemala, her mother rented her three times in the past year to be brought here to this country so that the adult can be released.”

Albence explained that children are regularly brought into the U.S. and then trafficked back to their home countries to be “recycled” and used again to escort more unrelated adults across the border.

“If they changed the laws to allow us to detain these families as a unit together for a short period of time as we go through the immigration process, this would almost stop,” Albence asserted.

“It happened before when we set up family detention in 2014-15 the numbers plummeted. The same thing would happen again.”

Video showing heavily-armed men escorting illegal migrants across the U.S. southern border was shared by Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

At least five men appearing to be wearing tactical gear and toting rifles can be observed bringing a Guatemalan woman and her child to a border fence near Lukeville, Arizona, under cover of darkness.

One of the men can be seen crossing the barrier with the two migrants and walking a short distance with them before rejoining his comrades.

“Border Patrol cameras observed armed men escorting a mother and her 8-year-old son to the int’l boundary west of Lukeville, AZ,” CBP tweeted.

“The armed men dropped off the pair in an area commonly used by smugglers to bring large groups of Central Americans into the country illegally.”


“Roughly a dozen agents responded when camera operators noticed the incursion Saturday night,” Fox News reports. “The mother and son remain in government custody.”

“Border officials said the incident represents how criminal organizations are behind the lucrative surge of Central American immigrants. Guatemalans are paying roughly $7,000 to smugglers for transport from their home to the U.S. border.”

A border official expressed their concern about the organized and militant nature of the operation.

“This is highly unusual and highly concerning to the agency,” the official told Fox News. “These armed individuals along the border represent an escalation of tactics. This is not mom and dad and kids deciding to head to the border. This is a no kidding, orchestrated effort to bring individuals to the US. It is not just the numbers. It’s who is running this enterprise.”

Cities that have opted to declare themselves as welcome zones for illegal aliens “deserve” to be targeted by President Trump’s proposed migrant dumping scheme, according to former acting director of U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Thomas Homan.

Homan asserted that migrants from around the world are seeking entrance to the U.S. in the hopes of landing in ‘sanctuary cities,’ which they hope will shower them with benefits and protection from federal authorities.

“I think they deserve to see the results of their failed polices,” said Homan.

“He played a smart hand. He knew most of these people were already going to sanctuary cities, but what he did was pull the curtain back on Democratic leadership.”

Homan called out the “pure hypocrisy” of Democrat lawmakers who push for open borders while projecting outrage when it is brought to their doorsteps.

“Because of these sanctuary policies, this is one of the reasons they come to this country,” Homan said. “They think they can enter this country illegally, move to a sanctuary city where they are provided free services, free social services, free college tuition, in-state tuition, driver’s licenses…”

“I’ve been fighting sanctuary cities for the past several years and I’ve talked about it in front of Congress and talked about with the media,” he continued. “Sanctuary cities are dangerous for the community because they knowingly release criminal aliens back into the public to re-offend… and over half will re-offend in the first year.”

“It’s dangerous for the officers of ICE, who… rather than arrest a guy in the safety of the county jail — now we have to go to the neighborhood and find the rest of them,” Homan said. “It doesn’t protect the immigrant community because ICE goes into the community to find the bad guys, and they’re mostly likely going to find others that weren’t even on the radar.”


The lack of criticism from the left of Ilhan Omar and AOC is evidence of the left’s double standards.

The national emergency unfolding at the U.S. Southern border is a “meltdown” of unprecedented scale, according to correlating statements made by a former Border Patrol chief and a current director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Mark Morgan, who led Customs and Border Patrol under President Obama, asserts that this is the worst immigration catastrophe in U.S. history.

“This is a question that people really need to pay attention to: I am saying, based on 30 years of public service, that the crisis we face right now along the Southwest border is actually the worst we’ve ever experienced in our history — the worst,” Morgan told Tucker Carlson.

“People want to talk about the numbers back in the 2000s, 1.5 million — it’s the demographics, Tucker. Back then, 90 percent — the overwhelming majority — were Mexican males and we were deporting them. Now it’s family units and unaccompanied minors, and because our laws are broken, we’re allowing them in.”

Morgan explained that roughly 65% of those who attempt to enter the U.S. illegally or via asylum loopholes end up staying.

“We’re going to reach a million this year — that means we’re going to allow 650,000 into this country, much of which we don’t know who they are and we’ll never hear from them again,” Morgan said.

Concurrently, acting ICE director Ron Vitiello offered a grim assessment of the status of America’s Southern frontier.

“It’s an absolute crisis down there, it has humanitarian aspects, it has border security aspects — this policy can’t continue,” Vitiello told Fox News. “The system is in a meltdown. It’s just getting worse day by day.”

Vitiello revealed that over 130,000 migrant families have been released into the interior of the United States since December alone.

Commenting on President Trump’s imminent visit to Calexico to meet with officials, Vitiello said, “What he is going to see is this unbelievable flow at the border and no way for us to legally address it without Congress acting.”

The migrant crisis on the southern frontier is spiraling out of control, with the Border Patrol announcing that the biggest single-day surges in more than a decade have occurred twice this week alone.

Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) shared the stunning details on Twitter just hours after CBP chief Kevin McAleenan declared the U.S. has reached the “breaking point.”

“CBP saw the highest total of apprehensions and encounters in over a decade on Monday, with 4,000 migrants either apprehended or encountered at ports of entry in a single day,” the agency wrote. “Yesterday, that record was broken again—4,117 in a single day.”

During a press conference in El Paso on Wednesday, Commissioner McAleenan warned the system is effectively collapsing as Central Americans stream towards the U.S., knowing virtually all will make it in.

“Two weeks ago, I briefed the media and testified in Congress that our immigration system was at the breaking point,” McAleenan said. “That breaking point has arrived this week at our border.”

“CBP is facing an unprecedented humanitarian and border security crisis all along our Southwest border. And nowhere has that crisis manifested more acutely than here in El Paso. On Monday and Tuesday, CBP started the day with over 12,000 migrants in our custody. As of this morning, that number was 13,400. A high number for us is 4,000. A crisis level is 6,000. 13,000 is unprecedented.”

President Trump has indicated he is considering closing the southern border, a measure he has threatened to take before.

“Mexico is doing NOTHING to help stop the flow of illegal immigrants to our Country. They are all talk and no action,” Trump tweeted. “Likewise, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have taken our money for years, and do Nothing. The Dems don’t care, such BAD laws. May close the Southern Border!”

“We have a National Emergency at our Southern Border. The Dems refuse to do what they know is necessary – amend our immigration laws. Would immediately solve the problem! Mexico, with the strongest immigration laws in the World, refuses to help with illegal immigration & drugs!”


A report from Fox news reveals that even New York officials are now admitting that the measles epidemic began after foreigners visited the area.

The European Commission (EC) has admitted that some 64,000 migrants have received prepaid debit cards, according to Hungarian Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy Zoltán Kovács.

Responding to a public information campaign by the Hungarian government, the EU’s policy body disclosed that millions of euros have been funneled from EU taxpayers to illegal migrants, confirming Infowars’ earlier reports.

In November, 2018, Infowars Europe helped bring to light revelations that migrants were using preloaded MasterCard debit cards bearing insignias of the EU and UN to pay for goods and services along their journeys.

Those assertions were soon reinforced by Austrian intelligence officials in statements provided to Kronen Zeitung.

Subsequently, Budapest demanded clarification on the matter, contending that the program may be facilitating funding for terrorism.

The EC has now responded, revealing that over 57 million euros were distributed through the scheme – just in 2017.

“So far, nearly 64 thousand people have received financial support through the anonymous migrant debit cards,” Secretary Kovács says in a new report. “A whopping 57 million EUR was allocated to this program in 2017 alone, and almost 17 thousand cards were issued between April and September that year.”

“Did you get that? While EU nationals are required to abide by strict regulations to hold bank cards, Brussels doesn’t expect the same from migrants whose identities are often impossible to establish. In fact, the program would seem contrary to EU regulations of all sorts, on issues like the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.”

Also, there is evidence that the project is directly traceable to infamous Hungarian billionaire George Soros.

In Infowars’ original report, we detailed Soros’ likely ties to the scheme upon discovery of a 2017 MasterCard press release publicizing the launch of a partnership program with Soros called “Humanity Ventures,” which aimed to “catalyze and accelerate economic and social development for vulnerable communities around the world, especially refugees and migrants.”

Incredibly, the EC has claimed the program “does not encourage migration.”

Human traffickers are exploiting weak U.S. asylum laws and immigration policies by ‘recycling’ children used to escort adult illegal aliens into the country, according to DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

Nielsen testified before Congress on Thursday regarding the explosive crisis unfolding at the U.S. border – a situation she said is “truly an emergency.”

“Smugglers and traffickers have caught on realizing that the outdated laws, lack of resources and bad court decisions effectively give them a free ticket into America,” Nielsen said. “Information about the weaknesses in our system has spread quickly in Central America, in fact they are advertised. And our booming economy under President Trump has made the dangerous journey even more attractive to migrants.”

“As a result, the flow of families and children has become a flood. In the past five years we have seen a 620 percent increase in families or those posing as families apprehended at the border. The last fiscal year was the highest on record.

“And of great concern to me is that the children are used as pawns to get into our country,” Nielsen continued. “We have encountered recycling rings where innocent young people are used multiple times to help aliens gain illegal entry. As a nation, we simply cannot stand for this. We must fix the system.”

Nielsen revealed that Customs and Border Patrol agents apprehended or encountered a stunning 75,000 migrants attempting to illegally enter in the United States in the month of February alone – an 80 percent increase over the same period last year – and that the agency is already on pace to apprehend more migrants in the first six months of this fiscal year than the entirety of FY 2017.

Nielsen warned that if the crisis continues on its current trajectory, it “will overwhelm the system entirely.”

She also explained that due to changing migration flows and demographics of arrivals, combined with laws and policies currently in place, most are now released into the United States “with virtually no hope of removing them in the future.”

“The vast majority of these individuals are from Central America,” Nielsen said. “While many of them initially claim asylum and are let into the United States, only one in 10 are ultimately granted asylum by an immigration judge. Unfortunately when it comes time to remove the other 90 percent, they have often disappeared into the interior of our country.”

Activist groups encouraging and organizing illegal mass migration to the United States should be prosecuted, says journalist and author Michelle Malkin.

Malkin addressed reports that migrants who participated in recent ‘caravans’ trekking from Central America to the US border are now accusing ‘immigrant rights’ NGOs such as Pueblo Sin Fronteras of recklessly endangering thousands of desperate people.

“It’s a deadly journey, and it is a trek that these migrant caravan organizers have been responsible for years now,” Malkin said during an interview on Fox and Friends. “I think that thanks to the attention that President Trump has given to the dangers of these kinds of journeys, that we’re finally hearing from the victims themselves.”

“People like me have been reporting on this for upwards of 25 years now. And every time that we point out the fact that these enablers, these aiders and abettors are putting these lives at risk by inducing people to make this journey — we’re accused of being racist or xenophobes.”

“Now that these victims themselves are voicing frustration with these people who are using them and exploiting them, maybe there will be real human rights changes that are made as a result of this,” Malkin asserted. “And I do believe . . . that these people should be prosecuted.”

Malkin proposed exploring any enforcement avenues available via international bodies such as the UN, while also slamming the UN as the worst perpetrators of mass migration-related atrocities.

“[The UN] itself should be prosecuted because I believe they are the biggest transnational, open borders enablers of them all,” Malkin said. “Or we try seriously in our country to do something about it because these groups, which operate outside, also have co-conspirators inside our borders.”

“Pueblo Sin Fronteras is loosely connected to an organization in Chicago which has been responsible for bringing people into the country illegally and then providing them sanctuary.”

While Pueblo Sin Fronteras claims that representatives merely accompany migrants to their destinations in order to ‘protect their rights,’ reports indicate the NGO “helped charter the route, arrange bus transportation and negotiate with Mexican officials to provide protection,” and also raised money to for the ‘caravans.’

Brazilian President-elect Jair Bolsonaro says migrants are not integrating in France but instead are making parts of the country uninhabitable for native French.

During a Facebook livestream, the man dubbed “Tropical Trump” offered his opinion of the cultural and societal damage migrants from Africa and the Middle East are doing to the European country, echoing sentiments that are held by many but rejected by globalists and leftists.

“You know how those people are, right?” Bolsonaro said. “They have something in them — they don’t give up their roots and they want to make their culture, their acquired rights and their privileges prevail.”

“Everybody knows what is happening in France. Some parts of France are simply unlivable.”

“France is suffering because of that,” he continued. “Part of the population, part of the military, some of the institutions are starting to complain about that. We don’t want that for Brazil.”

France has been rocked by the ‘Yellow Vests’ protests for weeks now, sparked in part by the French citizenry’s rejection of mass migration and a stunning demographic shift that has spawned ‘no-go zones’ across the country, degraded quality of life for many, and led to a slew of jihadist attacks that have killed over 230 people since 2015.

A group of ranking French military officers, including 11 generals and a former minister of defense, recently penned an open letter to President Emmanuel Macron, accusing him of committing “treason” in signing on to the UN Compact on Migration, which could facilitate an endless flow of migrants into France.

While Brazil’s current administration also signed the migration pact in mid-December, Bolsonaro, who takes office on January 1, has vowed to withdraw from the agreement.

“Unfortunately, Brazil… signed the pact,” Bolsonaro said. “We are not against migrants, but we must have very rigorous criteria for those entering Brazil. We are going to denounce and revoke this pact on migration.”
