Large groups of migrants from Cuba and Central America are reportedly plotting a siege at the southern border if the Biden administration does not facilitate a formal pathway for them into the U.S.
Thousands of illegal aliens currently in Mexico are discussing a border rush for the coming days, according to Todd Bensman, a fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies.
Chatter in social media groups with thousands of members has indicated a surge is in the works if the U.S. government does not issue positive news for ‘asylum seekers’ in Mexico by the end of the week.

“If it turns out that there is no hope of crossing, it [a mass charge] will happen again. They don’t want to do anything wrong, but they are tired of being in Mexico,” a Cuban migrant told Bensman, who has been reporting from the both sides of the border.
“They are going to do something very interesting, and it’s not going to be at the bridge this time.”
In recent weeks, migrants have attempted to storm across the Paso del Norte International Bridge into Texas on multiple occasions.
Migrants have reportedly been crossing the bridge, expecting a welcome from border agents.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is bracing for another “migrant banzai charge,” Bensman reported on Monday.

In late December, hundreds of Cuban migrants stormed through a toll plaza on the Mexican side of the border in an attempt to reach U.S. soil.
The crossing was closed for roughly eight hours as around 200 migrants gathered on the bridge chanting, “We want to pass!” and also, “Biden, Biden.”
