President Trump’s campaign released a statement demanding a recount in Wisconsin, where opponent Joe Biden’s margin of victory was less than a percentage point.
A memo from 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien Wednesday said the president would indeed be demanding a recount after more ballots were found following election night.
“Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew that it would be,” Stepien wrote.
“There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The president is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so.”
The president commented on a number of mysterious ballots which appeared overnight in several states, and which magically gave Biden an advantage.
Meanwhile, the rumor mill is churning with claims the White House is prepared to wage a legal battle over Democrats’ illegal vote harvesting scheme.
