Joe Biden addressed online rumors claiming Democrats run human trafficking operations and drink baby blood during a CNN town hall event Wednesday night.

Claiming world governments are watching the US “wondering” if the country will “get it together,” Biden touched on QAnon conspiracies supposedly espoused by members of the Republican party.

“Some of the stuff… I mean QAnon. The idea that the Democrats or the Biden is hiding people and sucking the blood of children, no I’m serious, that’s the — Now you may not like me and that’s your right,” Biden stated.

After arriving back at the White house Wednesday night, Biden pushed back on claims that Democrats were behind ‘defund the police’ efforts (which they are), asking reporters if it was equally appropriate to conflate QAnon with the Republican party.

“Are there people in the Republican Party who think we’re sucking the blood out of kids?” Biden said.

Some QAnon conspiracy theories claimed high-level Democrat operatives worship Satan, traffic children and regularly attend demonic rituals involving child sacrifice, from which they can harvest a chemical compound known as adrenochrome.
